REPAIR/SERVICING 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.    For any repair/servicing matters, kindly provide us with your invoice number, product brand and model, and supporting photo(s) or video(s) through our customer service WhatsApp message, +65 9682 4963, for evaluation. After the evaluation, you will be advised on the follow up actions and/or solutions.

2.    All repair/servicing services will require item(s) to be placed at the service center for 5-7 working days; provided that replacement part(s) are available. If replacement part(s) are unavailable, item(s) may be required to be placed at the service center for more than 7 working days.

3.    After inspecting the item(s), our technician will determine the charges involved. If the repair/service is chargeable, you will be informed of the cost before the technician proceeds. Repair/service of the product will only be done upon your agreement.

In the event you do not wish to proceed with the repair/service, you may retrieve the item(s) from the service center.

4.    Customer is required to send/walk-in with the item(s) to the service center. Customer is responsible for transporting item(s) to and fro the service center, at their own cost.

5.    When the repair/servicing is completed, you will be contacted via our customer service WhatsApp message. There will be a maximum of 30 days allowance to collect your item(s). In the event the collection is not done within the given period, a final reminder through SMS will be sent to you. 

After which, if there are no responses from you within the next 7 days, either via SMS, WhatsApp message or by call, the item will be classified as an unwanted item and we will proceed to dispose of it. No compensation/refund will be given under such situation.

6.    Pick up and/or Drop off services are available by request and is chargeable at $35.00 per one-way trip.
•    Customer is required to pay the pick-up &/or drop off charges prior to the service.
•    Pick up &/or Drop off services will be scheduled by Baby’s Hyperstore at our earliest convenience.
